Become an Educator
Application Requirements
- Active Sweet & True Sugaring account and commitment to representing the brand.
- Sugaring certification from Sweet & True or an equivalent company.
- Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist.
- At least 1 year of sugaring experience, working primarily with sugar.
Your application will not be considered without the required video submissions.
Video Guidelines
- 3 complete service videos: full female Brazilian, half leg and eyebrows.
- Show each service from beginning to end. Do not cut or speed up the footage.
- Give clear verbal instructions explaining each step and why you are doing it.
Verbal instruction is an important part of the evaluation, so please do not submit videos that are only visual demonstrations.

- Follow our course outline for consistent, professional education and accrediting agency compliance.
- Exclusively use, promote, and teach with Sweet & True products and education while teaching for us.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Adapt to different learning styles, private and group classes, and product demonstrations.
