Common Paste & Warmer Questions
When stored properly our paste can be fully effective and safe to use for up to 24 months. Always store paste in a cool, dry place and make sure the lid is tightly sealed. Once paste is open the chances of moisture or air getting in is higher which can alter the consistency and appearance. Always be aware of how it’s stored and when it’s opened to get the best results.
To heat your paste fully through to the desired temperature will take between 30-60 minutes depending on the level you turn it to and type of paste used. The softer the paste the lower the setting should be and vice versa. Paste is meant to be warmed not melted, always check your paste as its warming to adjust as needed. Take into consideration your room temp and humidity when choosing desired warmer temp.
Our warmers lights are designed to turn off when the warmer has reached the selected temperature.
Sugaring paste is sensitive to humidity, temperature, air flow and many other factors. Always remember to adjust paste selection and warmer temps throughout the seasons to ensure proper paste consistency. You can always email brady@sweetandtruesugaring for paste troubleshooting.
